Who We Are
Emerce Consulting is an eCommerce and digital growth consultancy specialising in helping enterprises, mid-sized companies and startups establish and grow their online businesses across the GCC region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.

Founder
Lina is the founder and Managing Director of Emerce Consulting, with over 20 years of experience building high-growth digital businesses for brands across the GCC, Europe and the United States.
Beyond Emerce, Lina is an entrepreneur and investor behind several ventures including Drink Dry Store, Enkindle and eComm Wave. She is also the co-author of Winning in the Platform Economy (with Alexander Graf) and co-host of the Commerce Talks GCC podcast, where she explores trends shaping digital commerce in the Middle East.
A former Deloitte London consultant, Lina has launched eCommerce channels from scratch for brands like John Lewis, Selfridges, Tesco and many others. She works hands-on with clients, from go-to-market strategy and technology to P&L ownership and team building.
Lina is also a recognised voice in eCommerce education, delivering training programmes for brands like On Running, Panasonic, Seddiqi and Carrefour UAE. She was named Top Influential Leader in Retail and eCommerce in 2026, among Arabian Business's eCommerce Company of the Year 2025 and Arabian Business's Young Achievers in 2021, and many other recognitions.
